Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation with a complete refund, provided the cancellation is performed no less than 48 hours before the anticipated charter date and time. However, any cancellation post this 48-hour grace period makes the guest ineligible for reimbursement.
Should the weather turn unfavorable for your intended activities as decided by your Captain, options to reschedule your voyage for a future date/time will be available or alternatively, a total refund can be processed.
Please note, despite rain, the charter will proceed unless there is a presence of lightning.
Guests can modify their booking without incurring any penalty provided such changes occur within the 48-hour cancellation period.
Guests can request the Captain to head back to the dock at any point during the journey. Although, keep in mind that refunds will not be provided for returning early unless the Captain identifies it as essential due to weather conditions or for safety purposes.
Any act of not showing up will lead to forfeiture of the reservation amount with no provision for refunds.
Family Friendly
